The routea guarantee

Short links get printed on business cards, signs and packaging. They have to keep working. So we put these promises in writing.

1. Your links don't expire. A routea link and its QR code keep working for as long as routea exists, unless you set an expiry date or click limit yourself.
2. No interstitials, ever. Visitors go straight to your destination. No ads, no preview pages, no countdown timers. Not on the free plan, not on any plan.
3. Free links never get worse. Paid plans add capacity and features. They will never be used to change how an existing free link behaves.
4. Your short link is yours. Your destination can be edited any time without changing the link. A link ending you've used is never given to anyone else, even after you delete it.
5. We only stop a link for safety. We pause or block links that point to phishing, malware or scams. If that happens to yours, we tell you why and you can appeal.

If routea ever has to shut down, we will give at least 12 months' notice and help you export every link so you can redirect them elsewhere.
